I found the most scrummy looking chocolate brownie recipe at food blog Sugar & Spice. I had a go at the recipe myself, but mine looked nowhere near as good as Michelle’s. I was too eager to eat them therefore I think they spent less time in the oven than they should have and were a bit too stodgy. I guess the icing sugar was trying to hide a multitude of sins. But I will say that they were so yummy, we polished them off in no time and I think a scoop of vanilla ice cream would have been the perfect partner for it. mmmmmmmmm.
