Peanut and White Chocolate Rice Crispy Cakes
- 3oz butter
- 3oz light brown soft sugar
- 1 oz of cocoa/drinking chocolate or a mixture
of both - 2 tbsp of Golden Syrup or Honey
- 1 or 2 tblsp of peanut butter (crunchy)
- rice crispies
- handful of chopped white chocolate or white choc chips
- sprinkling of icing sugar
Directions;
*Add butter, sugar, peanut butter and syrup/honey to a saucepan over a medium heat. Stir until butter has melted.
*Add cocoa/chocolate powder and keep stirring until the sugar has melted and is no
longer “gritty”. Take off of the heat and stir in rice crispies a handful at a time
until covered. Next add the chopped white chocolate or chips.
*Finally spread onto a greaseproof surface, I use paper, and
leave to set in the refrigerator.
Then cut into squares and enjoy. Eat em all ;o)

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS ...
The only trouble when I start baking is that I am tempted to just eating another one or just one more slice, such a shame as I only have to look at food to put on weight, oh I wish these lovely goodies had zero calories. x
